Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very modern with a large TV, new comfortable bed, and a very large en suite with shower and a bath. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well set out, but the rooms were a bit on the small side. The service was top-notch with attentive and professional staff, exceeding our expectations. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the center. The dining experience was delightful with plenty of choices, especially the yummy cooked English breakfast. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel offers reasonably priced and very clean rooms, though on the smaller side. The service was top-notch, with cheerful and professional staff. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance to Exeter University and the city center with convenient amenities nearby. The dining experience was excellent, with delicious options that kept me full all day.
The hotel offers exceptionally clean and lovely rooms, but the size of the double bed was a bit small for comfort. The service was mostly friendly and helpful, although staff conversations during breakfast could be distracting at times. The location is excellent, close to the city center, and the dining experience was delicious with a variety of tasty options. Overall, great value for money with some room for improvement in certain areas.
The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to enjoy a variety of cuisines and offering fantastic breakfast options. The rooms, although stocked with unexpected amenities, could use some renovation, and parking can be a bit inconvenient at times. The friendly and professional service throughout our stay was exceptional, even with limited staff. The dining experience was delicious and fresh, providing great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was perfect, and the rooms were clean but too hot with no air conditioning. The service was friendly, the breakfast was not impressive, and the facilities were average.
The hotel was beautiful and clean, thank you so much for a lovely stay. The rooms were beautifully clean and modern, but a bit small for a longer stay. The service was very lovely, helpful, and kind enough to deduct the cost of extras from the bill. The location was very good, walking distance to the town centre, with friendly staff but the dining experience was not as anticipated. The dining was delicious with quality produce used but lacked love. The hotel overlooks a small square and offers a nice view. The facilities were good, and we were well looked after in the Lounge area.
